"I would like to offer a huge Thank you to Sue who answered the phone to me today and made all my troubles disappear after my Brother in Law left our Lancashire home to visit our niece and her husband and our great nephew in Faringdon, leaving their Easter gifts behind! Sue gave me her time, patient and pleasant manner and expertise in choosing an Easter flower basket before really going the extra mile and arranging for an Easter egg to be collected from a local supermarket and added to the basket.
